Regarding the recent abnormal incident involving the UxLink (UXLINK) project, the SunCrypto team conducted multiple rounds of communication with the official UXLINK project team to safeguard user interests and ensure a fair migration process.


Following these discussions, SunCrypto received only 50% of the new UXLINK tokens corresponding to users’ total holdings. Due to this shortfall, executing a 1:1 token swap for all users was not possible.


To address this situation responsibly and minimize user impact, SunCrypto has decided to compensate affected users based on a revised ratio, detailed below.


Compensation for Post-Snapshot UXLINK Buyers

SunCrypto will provide compensation to users who purchased UXLINK (OLD) after the snapshot time, as per the details below:


  • Eligibility Period: Users who purchased UXLINK after 08:25 PM IST on September 22, 2025, and up to 04:00 PM IST on September 23, 2025.


  • Compensation Ratio: 2:1 (Old : New) - This means:


2 OLD UXLINK tokens = 1 NEW UXLINK token



Migration Timeline


  • The token migration process may take some time due to technical and operational requirements.

  • SunCrypto expects to complete the full migration and compensation process by January 5th, 2026.
