Terms & Condition
This referral program is valid only for Indian citizens.
To participate and earn rewards, users must complete KYC verification on SunCrypto. Moreover, a user must trade at least ₹100 per month. If not, the monthly commission will lapse.
Referral rewards apply only if the referee registers after July 10, 2025, using your referral link.
If an account is already registered and later uses a referral link, no commission will be given.
Referrers cannot refer to a non-individual entity (HUF, LLP, Corporate, Trust, etc.) using the same contact details.
A referrer can earn a maximum of ₹5,00,000 in trading commission within one year. This earning limit will reset at the beginning of the second year.
A minimum of ₹100 commission is required to be eligible for monthly payouts. Payouts will be credited at the end of every calendar month, with a 2% TDS deduction (under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act), which will be deposited against the referrer’s PAN.
Kindly note that the fees charged in the spot market already include 18% GST. After excluding GST, the remaining 82% constitutes our actual fee, from which 30% is shared with the referrer. This structure does not apply to Futures trading.
