The TDS applicable will be at 1% of the Order Value

Example: If your Order Value = ₹ 10,00,000, then the transaction fees will be calculated at 0.3%, which is equivalent to ₹ 3,000 (0.3% of 10,00,000).

The TDS applicable will be at 1% of the Order Value i.e. ₹ 10,000 (1% of 10,00,000). Hence, Total Order Value (what you get) = ₹ 10,00,000 - (1000 + 10,000) = ₹ 9,89,000.
