At SunCrypto, we prioritize user safety and liquidity management by regularly auditing all listed tokens. Following our latest review, we have decided to delist the Bitcoin Gold (BTG) token due to non-compliance with our listing requirements. Additionally, multiple internal exchanges and our liquidity provider have also delisted BTG because of liquidity concerns.
The issue started when the BTG team announced a token migration. However, their migration plans were later updated and not supported by offshore crypto exchanges. This created uncertainty, prompting us to take immediate action to delist BTG, ensuring that our users do not face unnecessary risks.
Key Points to Remember
▪️Trading Disabled – We previously announced the disabling of BTG buying services and urged users to sell their holdings if they didn’t wish to withdraw their tokens.
▪️Immediate Delisting – The BTG token is now completely removed from the INR and USDT market sections on SunCrypto.
▪️Withdrawals Start April 10th – Users will be able to withdraw their BTG tokens to any other crypto wallet or exchange from April 10th onward.
▪️User Safety First – This decision was taken solely to protect users from potential financial risks. At SunCrypto, user safety remains our top priority.
