Currently, we have many options for INR deposit. This is very necessary to know the reason why your INR deposit is pending or not added on time.


IMPS Transfer (Instant Deposit via IMPS Only):
If you have deposited funds using the "IMPS Transfer" option and the amount was not credited within the expected time, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The transfer was not made from the bank account linked to your Suncrypto account.

  • The transfer was made using NEFT, RTGS, or UPI instead of IMPS.

  • The account details can be incorrect or incomplete.


To ensure successful processing, funds must be transferred only via IMPS and from the bank account registered with your Suncrypto. Transfers made through other methods (NEFT, RTGS, or UPI) will fail, and the amount will be refunded by the bank. In such cases, please contact your bank directly for assistance with the refund.


If you have processed every step for deposit accurately then we recommend contacting our support team and providing the necessary payment details, including the beneficiary information, transfer date, amount, and sender’s account details. If required, please also share the bank statement for the date of the transaction.


UPI Transfer:  If you have deposited funds using the UPI option, please ensure that you enter the correct UTR number in the UTR/Reference Number field under INR Deposit > UPI Transfer. One of the most common reasons for deposit delays is the submission of an incorrect or missing UTR number.


You can find the correct UTR number in the payment receipt or transaction details. It may also be included in the confirmation message sent by your bank for that specific transaction.


Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS): In this option, we provide the beneficiary details required for transferring the amount via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. Please do not use UPI for this method, as it will result in payment failure.


After completing the transfer, you must enter the correct UTR/Reference Number in the INR Deposit > Bank Transfer > UTR/Reference Number section. Submitting an incorrect UTR may delay the credit. If we receive the payment with an incorrect or mismatched UTR, the amount may only be credited manually by our team after up to 24 hours.


Important:
Make sure to include ANG721 in the account number exactly as provided, as the account number is alphanumeric. If ANG721 is missing or there is any mistake in the account number, the funds will not be received in our bank account. In such cases, you will need to contact your bank to retrieve the funds.
