In order to facilitate smooth deposits and withdrawals of INR transactions, we verify the Bank account and UPI ID so that the transactions don't get stuck/fail at the banking end.

Bank account and UPI verification are done manually by our team. When you link your Bank account with your SUN CRYPTO account, It will take up to 24 hours to verify.

Kindly ensure that you have linked the bank account/UPI ID which is in your name only, the SUN CRYPTO account name and the Bank account name need to match for successful verification.

If your Bank/UPI verification is under processing state then our team will manually verify the request and update the status. You will be notified as soon as the status is updated.

There are only two reasons why your Bank account/UPI might not get verified.

1) Incorrect Bank details linked. Here the bank account number or IFSC linked is completely incorrect.
2) Bank details are valid but there's a Name Mismatch. This means the Name on SUN CRYPTO and the name on the Bank account is not matching.

Do note that Bank verification is mandatory to perform withdrawals on the platform, only after successful verification the withdrawal options will be enabled.
