SunCrypto is India’s leading and FIU-IND registered crypto exchange that provides easy buy and sell services of cryptocurrency. To trade on the SunCrypto application, a user first has to register himself/herself via his/her mobile number and mail ID.
After completing the registration process, a user must complete his or her KYC by reviewing or submitting certain crucial documents. To discover the step-by-step method for completing the KYC process, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the SunCrypto App and on the top, you will find a “Complete Your KYC” option. Click on that option and you will see two ways via which you can complete your KYC - Auto & Manual.
Note: The Auto KYC process took only 15 minutes to be verified and the Manual KYC process took around 6 hours to be verified. Let’s first understand the Manual process.
Step 2: Let’s first understand the Manual process. Click on the Manual KYC option and you will see three steps (PAN card, ID Proof, & Selfie) by completing them you can complete your KYC.
Step 3: Firstly, you have to submit your PAN Card details. So click on the PAN Card option and the application will ask for your full name (as written on your PAN Card), DOB, Nationality, PAN number, and PAN Card Image.
Submit all the required credentials and click on submit. After submitting, your PAN Card will go under processing for verification.
Step 4: Secondly, ID Proof, click on that, and you have to choose which ID proof (like Aadhar Card, Passport, and VoterID) you wish to submit for verification.
Let's assume you have an Aadhar Card. So, click on that and submit all the credentials like Aadhar number, Gender, Permanent Address, Current Address, and the back & front image of the Aadhar card. After giving all the information just click on Submit. After submitting, your chosen ID proof document will go under processing for verification.
Step 5: Third, you have to submit your selfie while holding your ID proof which you submitted earlier. Please remember, while clicking the selfie hold your phone steady to capture the perfect image, and do not forget to show the ID proof correctly as shown on the screen. After clicking the selfie, click on the submit option.
After completing these processes, SunCrypto’s KYC team will verify your submitted documents and credentials. Once the KYC team approves your KYC, you will receive a pop-up message from SunCrypto regarding the successful completion of your KYC.
Now let’s complete the KYC process by Auto option:
Step 1: Click on the Auto KYC option! After clicking, SunCrypto will ask you for your PAN card number. Once you give your PAN Card, SunCrypto will send a link to your registered mail ID.
Step 2: Open the mail and select CLICK HERE. After clicking that, you will be redirected to a new page where you can complete your KYC via using the DIGI Locker website.
Log in to your Digi Locker account via mail ID. After doing this, you will be redirected to a new page where you can start the KYC Process title. Click on the Proceed option.
Step 3: After clicking that, Digi Locker will authenticate your Aadhar card information. Click on the Authenticate Aadhar option and then type the OTP sent to your mobile number linked with your Aadhar card. Then write the PIN to access your Digi Locker documents. If you forget your PIN, simply click on Forget PIN and you can generate a new PIN.
Step 4: After submitting the PIN, your Aadhar and PAN Card are verified. Now, it's time for a selfie. For a selfie, you have to blink your eyes at regular intervals so that Digi Locker can detect that you are a human. Once it is done, click a selfie and submit it.
Step 5: After submitting you will receive a message on screen that your KYC process is successfully completed. In addition, you will also receive a message from the SunCrypto Team that your KYC process is successfully completed.
